The journey begins with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, followed by a trek through the beautiful Khumbu region. Your Everest View Trek begins with your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. A representative from Nyindha Adventures will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Thamel. After checking in, you can relax at the hotel or explore the lively streets of Thamel. You may enjoy local cuisine, explore nearby shops, or simply rest before beginning your trek.
After breakfast, you will transfer to the airport for your scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. The approximately 35-minute flight offers spectacular views of the Himalayan range. After landing at Lukla, you will meet your trekking crew and begin your journey toward Phakding. The trail gradually descends and passes through forests, small settlements, terraced farmland, and beautiful mountain landscapes. After several hours of trekking, you will arrive at Phakding, where you will spend the night.
After breakfast, you will begin your trek toward Namche Bazaar. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River and passes through beautiful pine and alpine forests.
Along the way, you will encounter traditional settlements and cross several suspension bridges. After entering Sagarmatha National Park and continuing uphill, you will gradually approach Namche Bazaar.
Namche is a vibrant Himalayan town and an important trading center of the Khumbu region. Surrounded by mountains, the town features shops, cafés, restaurants, markets, museums, and traditional Sherpa homes.
With clear weather, you may also catch your first impressive views of Mount Everest.
Today is dedicated to acclimatization and exploration around Namche Bazaar.
After breakfast, you can explore the town and its surrounding viewpoints. Namche offers an opportunity to experience both traditional Sherpa culture and the modern facilities that have developed along the trekking route.
You will then hike toward the Everest View Hotel and surrounding viewpoints. The trail provides magnificent views of Mount Everest and other Himalayan peaks.
Depending on the route and conditions, you can also visit the traditional Sherpa settlement of Khumjung. The area offers an opportunity to observe local homes, farmland, monasteries, and traditional Himalayan lifestyles.
After enjoying the mountain scenery, you will return to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will begin your descent toward Monjo.
The trail passes through peaceful forests, mountain streams, and scenic viewpoints. You may encounter Himalayan wildlife and birds along the route, depending on the season and conditions.
After crossing suspension bridges and following the Dudh Koshi River, you will reach Monjo, a beautiful settlement located near the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park.
You will spend the night in Monjo.
After breakfast, you will continue your trek back toward Lukla, retracing sections of the trail through forests, villages, valleys, and mountain landscapes.
The relatively gradual descent allows you to enjoy the surrounding scenery and reflect on your journey through the Khumbu region.
Upon reaching Lukla, you can relax and celebrate the completion of your trek with your trekking team.
After breakfast, you will take your return flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.
Enjoy another scenic flight over the Himalayan landscape before arriving in Kathmandu. Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you to your hotel.
You will have free time to relax, explore Thamel, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy Kathmandu's local restaurants and cafés.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport according to your international flight schedule.
