5:30 AM – Transfer from Your Hotel to Kathmandu Airport

Your Annapurna Base Camp Helicopter Tour begins early in the morning. You are advised to wake up around 4:00 AM and prepare for the day’s adventure. Before leaving your hotel, check that you have packed all the essentials, including your mobile phone, camera, power bank, sunglasses, warm clothing, and other personal belongings.
At approximately 5:30 AM, our private vehicle will arrive at your hotel to transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport. The drive generally takes around 15–30 minutes, depending on your hotel’s location and traffic conditions.
Upon arrival at the airport, you will complete the necessary check-in procedures before boarding your flight to Pokhara.
6:30 AM – Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara
Approximate flight duration: 25–30 minutes
You will take a scheduled flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, one of Nepal’s most scenic cities and the gateway to the Annapurna region.
As the aircraft takes off, you may enjoy aerial views of the Kathmandu Valley and the surrounding hills. Depending on weather conditions and visibility, the flight may also offer views of the Langtang, Manaslu, and Annapurna mountain ranges.
As you approach Pokhara, you may see Phewa Lake, terraced hillsides, and the peaceful landscapes surrounding the city. After landing at Pokhara Airport, you will complete the necessary procedures and prepare for your helicopter flight to Annapurna Base Camp.
Note: The flight schedule and aircraft arrangements may vary. Your tour operator will confirm whether the Kathmandu–Pokhara sector is operated by a fixed-wing aircraft or helicopter.
7:30 AM – Helicopter Flight from Pokhara to Annapurna Base Camp

After arriving in Pokhara, you will proceed to the helicopter terminal. Before boarding, you will receive a safety briefing from the flight crew, including instructions on boarding, disembarking, communication, and safety procedures during the flight.
Once the formalities are complete, your helicopter will depart toward Annapurna Base Camp. The flight offers an impressive aerial perspective of the Annapurna region, with views of winding rivers, deep valleys, dense forests, mountain settlements, and snow-covered Himalayan peaks.
As the helicopter gains altitude, you may observe the dramatic landscapes of the Annapurna Sanctuary, including Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, and Annapurna I, depending on visibility.
The helicopter will then approach Annapurna Base Camp, located at approximately 4,130 meters (13,550 feet). Landing is subject to weather conditions, aviation regulations, landing-site permissions, and aircraft operating limitations.
Breakfast and Exploration at Annapurna Base Camp
After landing, you will have time to appreciate the remarkable mountain scenery surrounding the base camp. The towering Himalayan peaks and expansive alpine landscape create an unforgettable setting for photography and quiet observation.
If the operating schedule and local facilities permit, you may enjoy breakfast or refreshments at an available teahouse. The availability of food services at the base camp should be confirmed in advance.
You will generally have approximately 30–40 minutes to explore the area, take photographs, and enjoy the views. Your exact time on the ground will be determined by the pilot and operational requirements, particularly because of the high altitude and changing weather conditions.
After completing your visit, you will return to the helicopter for your flight back to Pokhara.
9:00 AM – Return Flight to Pokhara and Kathmandu
Route: Annapurna Base Camp → Pokhara → Kathmandu
Following your time at Annapurna Base Camp, you will fly back to Pokhara by helicopter. During the return journey, you can enjoy another perspective of the mountains, valleys, forests, and villages you passed earlier.
After landing at Pokhara Airport, you will board a scheduled flight back to Kathmandu. A helicopter transfer from Pokhara to Kathmandu may also be available at an additional cost, depending on availability and weather conditions.
The flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu generally takes around 25–30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, our representative will be waiting to assist you with your return transfer.
10:30 AM – Transfer to Your Hotel in Kathmandu

After arriving at Tribhuvan International Airport, our private vehicle will transfer you back to your hotel in Kathmandu. The journey generally takes around 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic and your accommodation’s location.
